Good Seller, rec'd in an average time frame. Quick & easy transaction, my only criticism is the package protection was lacking. I did receive the cooler in one piece, but the retail box was all crumpled from either being thrown, the sort machines causing damage somehow or overall lack of care. In saying that the plastic shroud surrounding the cooler was in good shape (a few pieces of plastic were floating loose in the box, but couldn't tell where they were from). Yet to use, make sure it works.
